I loved The Smiths in high school in the 80s, and then early Morrissey solo after the breakup. Due to life circumstances though, my life was void of music for almost a few decades, so when Morrissey came back into my life at a difficult time about 4 years ago, my love of music and especially Morrissey has come back to life, and I now listen to him daily and love his music, old and new, even more than I did as a teenager. All the words I knew at age 17 were still known by heart over 30 years later!
That’s really cool Eliza. Music is powerful to say the least. I’m glad you’re back!

I liked how he was dressed those are the pants I like to see.... The shoes I couldn't look at. He repeats the look a little, but at least she doesn't wear those sloppy wide jeans that added years. He is very very much . .for me and that little body deserves proper clothing. I would ask for more colors but the pants are beautiful I mean very Mozuchiss❤️❤️🥰🥰🇦🇷🥰🤭🤭

I took four of my kids (3 teens + my Duke undergrad) and my spouse. All of them except one was a first-time Morrissey concert attendee. All of them are familiar with the music. My spouse was impressed with the quality of Morrissey’s vocals and the energy of the performance. . . He thought it was going to be staid and just blah. He was proven wrong and said so himself. One of my younger teens commented how special Morrissey’s engagement with the audience was. All of us had a wonderful time, the DPAC as a venue and the staff working were so hospitable. It was probably one of the only concerts where I didn’t have a single interaction with a rude person.

The last Morrissey concert I attended was at The Fox in Atlanta, October 2023. Morrissey seemed healthier and more energetic tonight and was definitely singing in high form. I’m pretty sure he seduced everyone in the DPAC tonight. I really enjoyed being among my fellow audience members, great vibes.

Little body - lol. You are intrigued by the aesthetic! 😍Are you a personal stylist by any chance?

'Worst thing ever was 24 hour news dominating our lives with crap, crap, crap... When I go to Rochester, I'm going to go into the woods and find a little house and buy a little pig and I'll be perfectly happy. I'm just sick of information, I am just sick of opinions."

It's presumably AI assisted, so no - it doesn't look quite right. If you block off the hair and ears with your fingers, and just concentrate on the face - it does look like a genuine photo of Morrissey circa 1994 (I think). However, the face appears to have been cut out, cropped and pasted onto a different head shot - and I think it might be slightly too small, which is why it looks like a different person.
I get that it's a head pasted onto a different body but the face itself is kind of weird. You know when someone does a drawing of someone famous and it's like 90% there but not quite the person?

To me it looks equal parts Morrissey, Michael Owen and the Action Man doll I had as a kid in the 70's.

Mind blown. Such a fantastic show. He was amazing. He said a lot tonight. Quite engaging. It hurt to see him go. I will write about the show later after some sleep. ❤️

Looks like Stanley Baker.

I don't understand the promotional poster. It does not look like Morrissey. Is it supposed to be an amalgamation of Morrissey's face with someone else's face? It looks like someone from the Thunderbirds.
never been a fan of that photo either.
your right about thunderbirds, looks like a supermarionation image.

The promotional poster is stylized, that's all - it's not supposed to be realistic. If people don't like it, fine, but there's no need to overthink it.

Enjoying all of the reports on this current tour. Seems like Morrissey is on good form! I hope rumours of a UK tour next year are true...
