If the news is not accurate, then, well, even the die hards have to admit he’s lost it.

And if it is accurate, why would he rush to break the news on his own website? Surely David has family. I don’t know they would want a fanboy breaking the news of their loved one’s death. But then again, he must know them if he got this news so quickly?

This is the most fascinating thing Morrissey has done in 10 years! Hahah

I totally agree. This race to announce a death is not respectable or cool at all. I simply can't understand why folks do this.

As a kid, I was more familiar with "Buster Poindexter" and later learned about the amazing NY Dolls through Morrissey. A sad day indeed. Yet another reminder to take a moment to reflect on and better yet express appreciation for our loved ones still here (while we still can).
