New here. I wondered if anyone who attended the show knows what question Morrissey asked the audience. I really couldn't hear it. Thanks. I didn't know ehere to ask this.

'Do you know what song I sung when I got up this morning? ...You don't' People shouted a bunch of stuff, Moz said "it's hard...it's hard." He didn't give an actual answer.

I swear I took a video of this. I'll flip through my footage. Maybe I missed something

Edit: It's on the end of I Wish You Lonely! I completely forgot lol It's at 3 minutes 10 seconds. I'll transcribe it in just a minute when I get back to my car.



"When I walked onto the stage tonight, I recited some very famous pop lyrics. Nobody in this hall knows what those lyrics were. Isn't that correct?" (A fan shouts) "Well who was it then? Who..." (more fans shouting, Moz stands listening, clearly not impressed). "It's difficult...difficult. You don't know." (a few fans laugh, more shouting, Moz oddly decides to go shake the dickens out of one of the speakers for a minute). Intro to Rebels

He was talking about reciting that bit of the Shangri-las song

Lol. Love this! Though to be fair, I wouldn’t consider these ‘very famous pop lyrics’. It’s not one of their better known songs even.
