Yawn.
I sense a lot of bile and hatred with you. Moaning Myrtle indeed.

I am not the one denying racism or the holocaust. I am also not the one admiring Andrew Tate.

You try so hard to sound intellectual, but you are just a bigot.

I will put you on ignore from now on, my little dicked incel guy.

omg you're really are dumb.
I will try to pick up the pieces and get on with my life.
Is there a support group on Moz Solo for people who have been put on ignore?

Day 1002 or something close to it of coming to this site in the absolutely futile hope of seeing a release date for one of the two LPs that could have been released at any time in the last four years. Carpe Diem to those who dare to roll the dice and buy tickets for those Las Vegas shows. Best of luck lads

What makes you think he would suffer a serious backlash if he published two paragraphs on Morrissey Central condemning the carnage in Gaza and disowning some of the lines in Israel? Apart from maybe Tel Aviv revoking his keys to the city, or him receiving insults from some Murray-acolyte Zionists here on Morrissey-solo, I don't think he would cause much of a fuss. Unless you suppose all his Israeli friends are Noa Tishby types, then yes, that would be a problem for him.
Remember the fury unleashed when he politely explained that a band member fell ill in South America?

Do you really think a few lines as you suggest would not cause much of a fuss in the context of what usually happens, and who makes it happen?

I hope he's become pro Trump and that he finds the assassination attempt disgusting. I'm pro Trump and if I was an American citizen I'd vote for him in a second. I fear in reality like most of you that he still has a terminal case of TDS. Get over yourselves.
Maybe Moz admires Trump's determination to pull the US out of NATO, make you guys either finally pay your share or shut your whining mouths about Putin.

Among the fanbase? I doubt it would be any more of a fuss than his other political forays. Let's face it, there's absolutely no chance of Morrissey going full Roger Waters. We know he likes Israel. He wouldn't even dare use the word "genocide," which Dua Lipa did, and she's a much bigger act than he is yet I'm sure her career will continue.

The Buffy St. Marie who pretended to be a Native Indian all her life. That's the girl.

M has always found frauds fascinating. Himself included.

Trump, with his inherited wealth, is a long way from the kind of outsiders that Morrissey normally feels a kinship with.

lol. Outsiders like...Nancy Sinatra you mean?
I don't think he objects to any form of wealth, inherited or otherwise...

If he wanted to comment on Gaza, I think he would've done so in the last nine months.

If he came out with a condemnation of the Gaza atrocity, he would have to put in at least something saying he could've asked Israel to do some introspection

(...)
these ham-fisted, block-title posts on Morrissey Central with YouTube videos that are either cryptic

Lous, I think you gravely overestimate M's intelligence. He's not like you,you know ;)

There's nothing cryptic about posts that come from some ham-for-brain blockhead in the M Krew. The genius probably just googled "songs with the word wounded in them" and found that one. M just said, "Yes, that will do to make the Msolo fools comment. But try to find a video of an alligator wearing one of my tshirts attacking a tourist in Florida as well."

As for M asking Israel to do some introspection, that cracked me up.
Just the words Morrissey and introspection in the same sentence.

How often do you think he thinks about the dead and maimed children in Gaza? Every time he has a drink by the pool?

I remember when I first heard Redbone. It was this track 'Bitch-Queen Of Acocks Green' on TOTP.

Morrissey probably saw that broadcast too and told his mom to add it to the list of 45rpm singles he needed that weekend.

It's a groovy track, a real toe-tapper. 😎 I can't find the TOTP clip. I wonder who introduced it? Savile? Tony Blackburn? David 'Diddy' Hamilton?

'This song by "Redbone" was released in 1971, and i believe it made it to number 21 in the US and number 2 in the UK.'

What's all this guff about Trump and Gaza on this thread? 🤔

IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A FCUKIN FAN SITE FOR MORRISSEY!!!!!!

GO AND TALK POLITICS ON REDDIT YOU ASS CLOWNS!!!!

🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

The guy in your avatar said that.
All jokes aside; of course he said it. He's not racist. He doesn't hate Muslims. He doesn't play identity politics and he doesn't play the "your tribe is who you are" game. He respects culture and background as identity backdrops but not as leaden weights; not as anchors, not as fill-ins that eclipse individual sovereignty.

He called out Muslims as being behind the majority of terrorist attacks because, let's face it, they are. Does that make him racist? Nope. Just a fact checker. And when you get to a point where you willfully forget or obscure (in the name of "not being racist") that certain peoples have ideologies that cause more harm than good, and that this is backed up statistically, then you're a big part of the problem.

As for the Trump thing, you said you feared Morrissey would say something pro. Let's say he had. So what? Whose feathers would that really ruffle other than your own? Who cares? Does it really affect you in any way if he was to offer sympathy or condolences or vague political alliance with a candidate who, for whatever his flaws are, essentially runs on a platform of common sense?

What has Trump ever said or done, done as in enacted a law or changed a paradigm culturally, that has directly affected you adversely and caused you undue upset?

Oh, nothing? Oh. OK. Cool.
