Inside information on Moz, Marr & management

Why are you flaunting how stupid you are? It’s a mystery!

Let’s recap EXACTLY what happened, so that we can all understand EXACTLY whatever the f*** you think you're complaining about again, right now.

1. OP posted 100 pages of gossip and private information that he does not appear to be within his rights to be publicly sharing.
2. OP stated they got this information first hand, and from their direct participation on zoom calls.
3. This means OP waz part of the discussions regarding this specific business transaction.
4. This would mean that as direct party to a privileged conversation, OP and anyone else that was part of these discussions would be under NDA
5. Then I stated, that if anyone under a legally enforceable duly executed NDA with me, in my professional life's business transactions and contractual negotiations were to violate such a agreement for the sole intent of gossiping about me or about any transactions or privileged information under our NDA, they would have to deal with the expected repercussions that would come as a result of their choosing to behave in this way.
6. Then your response to this - where I said NOTHING about Morrissey in ANY way, shape, or form - was to call me a "die-hard", and to talk to me about MY "behavior". lol. good one!

Sorry, but it is not my problem how dumb you look, OR how dumb you ARE. Grow a brain, tax guy!
You are a moron. No NDA.

watch out, they’ll thumbs down your post, innit.
aye, already received many marks of the demon today, innit

Also - let's say that Moz did decide to burn it all down in a huff, and blame his managers as a way of trying to distance himself from the mess. Wouldn't it be possible for 'new' management to get those similar types of deals again for him - in terms of Bonfire and the back catalogue etc?
If Galli really went out of his way to get all this on the table and Morrissey still turned the offer down, why would anybody else even bother to attempt this?

NB: Ian MacCulloch fronting ‘The Smiths’ and singing only Smiths is rather like getting Mick Jagger & Keith Richards in to replace Lennon & Harrison on a new Beatles tour.
Anybody else than Morrissey fronting The Smiths would be a total sacrilege. But especially Ian McCullouch. Have you heard how he sounds these days? Decades of booze and cigarettes have totally ruined his voice. Here he does a total harakiri duetting with Morten Harket (of all people!) on Scoundrel Days:

Amazing song, though. Normally.

You are a moron. No NDA.
Any NDA is not really the issue. If what you are reporting is accurate or semi-accurate, you are choosing to make public 'inside information' that should be kept confidential. You are therefore breaching basic standards of business conduct. That makes you untrustworthy. And that makes any 'inside information' you are providing automatically untrustworthy too. No offence.

It's hardly confidential when Morrissey has talked about most if not all of it and there probably is not a confidentiality clause and even if there was, it could be written to terminate at the end of the business relationship, which Morrissey announced himself. Morrissey basically threw another manager under the bus.

Mac (quite rightly) has too much pride to sing Moz's words. I'm skeptical that Johnny has any plans to tour as the Smiths, though I could imagine a one-off Teenage Cancer Trust type thing (in memory of Andy?), like the Freddie Mercury memorial, where Johnny and friends play the music of the Smiths, with a different guest singer (Chrissie, Brandon, Noel, Billy, Peej, Morten, Rick, Sandie) for each song. Probably have to wait for Moz to die first, though.

Again, it's not about an NDA or a confidentiality clause. It's about basic business etiquette.

No, it's not. It just interferes with your narrative that Morrissey is being persecuted and silenced by the woke if a manager was able to do all these things for him and get him record deals. It just proves he is not being martyred and record labels were willing to sign BOT, as well as Without Music.

My post made no comment on those issues. Was merely reflecting on the 'trustworthiness' of the source. I have also posted earlier that I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 'inside information' provided is probably accurate. Although all to be taken with a huge pinch of salt. Not sure, for example, on what 'inside information' this bit is based. It sounds like 'gossip' rather than 'information':

On the flip side, Marr's camp is extremely dodgy. Management reached out to a very well-known singer of a major band (you can guess who) to see if he'd tour as the lead singer of "The Smiths." He of course rejected it right away. Marr's management also floated the idea of Marr touring as the Smiths to UK promoters which was also rejected.

Like I said, all of this or most of this has all been discussed openly in one way or another, however it does not confirm Morrissey is being silenced as he claims all day every day.
Morrissey started this conversation and left Johnny and someone else to finish it. Morrissey posted to his site numerous times and gave an interview which caused parties to respond.

Yeah, i think that would be a great move, it would be a good show and he has the connections to pull off a stellar list of artists.
Moz wouldn't have to dead if it's a benefit show with multiple artists, just don't use the Smiths name lol

Give it a rest. you have no idea if this person is under an NDA or not and your pretend I AM OH SO IMPORTANT "business experience" and what a badass you would be if you caught someone violating your pretend NDA :lbf: is completely irrelevant, like you.
Feel free to drone on about the thing I never said about my own legal billing, because your reading comprenhension is just impeccable:lbf:
