the point of the song is to promote useless banter about the fire, like in this very thread, in order to get people to “do their own research.”

the man once provoked thought, but now promotes QAnon adjacent drivel.

Whether he provokes thought or not is the choice of the listener. If you dismiss what he says with a prepackaged label then you don't seem to me to approach what he says with an open mind. Maybe it is you who has changed, and not Morrissey?

Well, some people think everybody around them is a waste of space. That is indeed an opinion, but it's usually a mean opinion. And saying that to people who have not provoked you in any way is just cruel. When was the last time Morrissey said something nice about anyone outside obitaries?

He said that Germaine Greer was chased away from her hometown for saying that a woman is a woman and a man is a man. She’s not dead, as far as I know.

He hugged her first, before he began hugging the band members one by one. I saw an alternate video that showed him just hugging her.

In the band since 2022, in which time lead guitarist, drummer and keyboard players have changed. Yet JGT is "new"? Can we really trust anything you share?

If that were the way it worked then Alain and Boz would have never written any good songs. Writing for Morrissey requires you write in a certain style. Carmen's stuff for herself is going to be different.

I think there was a required style in the 90s and early aughts. But it's definitely become more varied and idiosyncratic in the last ten years, after Whyte left. The material of the Tobias/Manzur/Lopez axis is a departure. Vandenberg's original stuff would kind of fit in with it.

I have no idea what you’re talking about here but as a fat American Morrissey fan, I stopped and got a burrito at Del Taco after the show it was fkg delicious. Foggy as hell last night, couldn’t see two cars ahead of you. Added to the ambiance of the whole evening. Who was that old lady w the short grey hair in the front row? I was directly behind her.

Update: a friend who went to show, grabbed a pic for me.
just as we thought, in the same theme as 28th,29th show the official tour poster made the front cover on an exclusive dated palladium shirt, different sizes were selling out and and of course both posters are shown, Lines were long to purchase. But what stands out is the 3 or 4 different autographed Smiths vinyl for sale....

As of this update, shirt nor posters not on sale as of yet on MPORIUM US or UK. Let's hope since the 3 exclusive from fall tour(Houston, Dallas, Niagara Falls)made it to the Store that these will also. Also of note,The Green hoodie Irish Blood double sided, is the newest item at Mporium and WAS NOT for sale on the earlier Fall Tour dates, only at Cali shows
