Jazz sucks.

Maybe you need to expand your tastes?

I do not mean full blown jazz scatting - but has the right voice for jazz - a more upbeat Sinatra style - well I will buy that in a heartbeat.

I try to listen to a lot of genres - and I am always open to hear how my favourite artists interpret the different styles. I liked Bob Dylan doing Sinatra - he did those really well - a great album "Triplicate".

Prince was working on Neo Soul when he passed & he has done Jazz albums (under the name Madhouse) - it is super fun to hear the different styles he did.

But I like Morrisseys' Californian Son too.............so maybe I am just more open to changes/experimentation of my favourite artists?
I know a lot of people hated that album.
