for me it's not even the kid but rather his father who's clearly attention-seeking through him, not only it's cringe (obviously) but it's also a bit unethical as a parent, I only hope that the little guy genuinely likes Morrissey lol

I couldn't agree with you more. He is trying to get M's attention through his son. These people must live for validation from others.
