Morrissey Central "Little Man, What Now?" (October 22, 2024)

just watched it,most of this is from a good episode of my favoutite ever programme The Sweeney, just watched an episode whilst having my dinner, this episode has diana dors playing a horrendous but funny mother of the bride, the groom is a right jack the lad and up to no good and needs his collar felt by regan and carter.

What do we call this period in his career? The period where he stops releasing music, doesn’t do interviews and posts unofficial videos of his old songs?

In another universe the LA/London/NYC residencies are about to be announced.

I like the video. Such a great song too. I can't hear the end of it without ghost hearing the start of Everyday Is Like Sunday.

i watched an episode of happy days last week, probably the most controversial, the fonz goes to the deep south and him and black friend go in for a coffee but they wouldnt serve them, all american series seem to have a message whereas britain doesnt really do that.

Haha.
Seen that episode and at the end
I think The Fonz punched a sign
that said "White's Only". :handfist:
Fonz is also responsible for the
term "jumpin' the Shark", cause
in one of the episodes he jumps
on water ski's, over a Shark and
they said it was the point where
Happy Days needed to end. 🏄‍♀️

Please make 25,345 more of these posts Morrissey.

For all his mistakes, Morrissey remains a multi millionaire, so I don't think "doesn't understand anything about the business side" is quite true.

I do enjoy your posts though in strange way, even if they are basically a load of shite.
Oh here we go !!!!
In your own time can you please present the evidence you’re relying on that proves Dorrissey is a multi millionaire.

The period of his career that he publicly stated he was gladly willing to ditch his present shit line up of lawnmower parts in a desperate attempt to tour with Johnny Marr as The Smiths so he could screw the loyal fan base over for some easy money.
Thanks be to Johnny for telling him to go 4ck himself.

Oh, nice! Always have time for fanmade videos like this. Will watch it later.

What a coincidence though, I've been listening to this song a lot for the past week because I just realised that I've been severely neglecting this particular track on Viva Hate. Not my favourite song (it's probably my least favourite on the album :o), but it's a decent track. It's one of those songs that I like more for the lyrics/story.

This works! Johnny actually, essentially, said that if Moz kept his shit together for the rest of the year, maybe. Then the Oasis tweet and copyright thing happened. Then Moz didn’t like managements advice on copyright issue and was let go, and shit was not kept together…. It’s almost like Johnny knew he was gonna blow it.

Anyone else notice that the bat signal for new management went out over a month ago, with no announcement of a new one?

Talking of Happy Days Weezer's Buddy Holly video must be the ultimate fanmade video ever.

punching the whites only sign was amaybe a nod to bruce lees fist of fury where he kicks the sign saying no dogs or chinese allowed.

well somebody better tell M because he has a tour starting next week.
before the first show of this tour we were meant to have a first single out, an LP announcement, a fan club (!), and la/nyc/london residency dates for the spring. these shows were timed to be a sold-out springboard for launching the LPs. Now it looks as tho he just really really wanted to hit Rochester, NY before he can no longer tour.
