You will own nothing and you will be happy...
Really interesting to see what people have listed so far. There seem to be 3 common themes:
1. released b sides and extra tracks (like Sweetie Pie, for instance, which was in my 'nearly' list)
2. never released tracks (which I suppose we can understand being in the list as we can assume no one considered them good enough to release - but then a song like Blue Dreamers was in many people's best of top 10, including my own)
3. Joe Chiccarelli era tracks
I am with Aubs in many ways on JC, not to be confused with J-Dog, but then I am a big fan of I Am Not A Dog. Shocked to see Bobby coming up several times - I love that track, but clearly personal taste is a big part of anybody's list. I also like All the Young People.
I agree with the comments about the extra tracks on Our Frank maybe being the first time the extra tracks were a bit noticeably sub-power. I quite like Tony the Pony but I agree that Journalists Who Lie is not a great song. Lyrically it's ok, and clearly probably means a lot to Morrissey with his history, but musically it's a dud.
