Yes …. just love that …. and of course when he sings:
‘There is no point saying this again’,
pointing out that there’s no point saying this again,
and then immediately goes on do that very thing, to repeat that line itself:
‘There is no point saying this again’.
Brilliant, and hilarious.

My favourite part of that song is probably the words ‘Piazza Cavour’ …. the way he sings the beautiful words ‘Piazza Cavour’, imbuing them with so much passion, drama and romance. He often does this with place names, for example the lovely way he sings ‘Bastille… mausoleum’ on the less favoured Kiss me a lot.

The second single version with extra b-sides, Human Being, and I Knew I Was Next, is described as an enhanced CD with video features. While my dvd player lists and plays the 3 audio songs, there's no sign of the video. I had a laptop with a dvd slot when I bought the singles. Maybe the disc needs particular tech alignment to be read. Would anyone have insights into this mystery please?
