No, I married someone else But, in my teen years the only other two Smiths fans I knew (and one I only talked to on the phone a few times) were girls.I hope you married her? from my recollection, Female Smiths fans were like gold dust.
Hmmm, I don’t hear it. Was that something Marr admitted to? or maybe it’s a different song by them?
I’m not contesting that. What I’m saying is that HoH, since its material is derived from the same time period, feels more like an album than LTB, where the material is derived from 1983-1987 and is presented more like a Best of.Both are simply compilation albums. Not saying that is a bad thing but that is what it is.
I agree 100%. Even 'The World Won't Listen' feels closer to an actual album to me, and fairly cohesive. The spread on 'Louder Than Bombs' between early and late Smiths is just to vast a sonic gap to bridge, so it does feel all over the place in terms of tone.I’m not contesting that. Last call for alcohol?Isn’t the part over
"This guy?" Really? Not buying it.I was concerned about missing out on the good parts
I don’t know much about this guy, but he’s oddly captivating. Given how rare true fascination is, I’m hesitant to disrupt it by learning more.
Is this an implication"This guy?" Really? Not buying it.
So you are implying that I actually knew him for a longer time than I claimed? Why would my claims be so incredible? I wasn’t even aware of his existence until some months ago"This guy?" Really? Not buying it.
Were you living under a rock?Is this an implication

The full story of that very sleeve would suggest it isn’t easy to do, and also explains why it’s often ‘overlooked’.One of their best single covers! Talk about style. Nobody was doing record sleeves like that then. Even now. Seems so basic and easy to do, but often overlooked as a direction to go in.
