Yes definitely, he and his Wife couldn’t stand the reverberation he said in another post.
We all get older ;)
Some people live to be offended. When you see people putting their fingers in their ears at concerts I feel like handing them a screwdriver and saying "here's a more permanent solution."

Yes, Darling, I Hug A Pillow played.
Added.
So same as Japan, plus above.

The show went smoothly and no Morrissey was not late, he was early! Everyone had a good time, esp once the seccy backed off lol.
Does anyone have the video of sweet and tender hooligan (I jumped on stage and hugged Moz and would love to see it!)
Hope everyone had a great time too <3

Moz was way too funny today! And he addressed the Perth cancellation. Had a long rant about the venue, and their homepage, or something to that effect. He said: they listed POP bla bla bla. ROCK bla bla bla. (Fill inn artist) POP bla bla bla. (Fill in artist) NOSTALGIA - MORRISSEY.

That was the straw that broke the camel’s back 😀. Viva Moz!

Yeah, very funny for the fans that had tickets for the sold out Perth gig. What an asshole explanation!
And besides that, if he continues down the path he is going he will be actually that - a pure nostalgia act ... although without anything relevant/visible in the music world (of today) he actually already is.

Just have to hope that there was an actual explanation other than the one he gave - it is possible that there was a valid reason to cancel, and that Moz was just incidentally complaining about how it was listed. But then why wouldn't he give that explanation?
It is becoming increasingly hard not to be cynical about these cancellations. I have said it before and I will say it again - he really doesn't help himself

dont get me wrong i do feel sorry for the Perth crowd. But I didnt think he would ever speak about it, and when it happened it was not what one expected.

Hope Moz returns to Perth to make it up -at another venue obviously.

Remember he's a pathological liar. Don't buy that nostalgia BS. He's supposedly doing YATQ next month. Ain't that nostalgia?

The drunk couple that yelled were the unsung heroes of the night. Bless them.

So he cancelled the show in Perth eight hours before he was supposed to go on stage just because they labelled him ‘nostalgia’ on their website? F U CK OFF. What awful, entitled, infantile and selfish behavior.

In exuberance and with a submissive audience behind him, you can say something like that, because he is an artist with eternal creative relevance, who has an incredible number of new ideas up his sleeve (even 2 albums) and only encounters unfounded ignorance from the record companies.

Agreed and everyone around me looked like they had a wonderful time - except for those two people who were dragged out of the venue (did anyone else see that?)
She was a pain in the but cheeks. Drunk and waving the middle finger. Security came off stage to get it sorted. No sure the local security could see the problem. Great night there after. Did Morrissey call out local security, again?

Bernie, is that you? 😁

Wouldn't be funny if ya wasted money and time. Think about Asia. The shows sold well. Tens of thousands of people got f*cked without a reason. Australians should grow a pair and do something (within the boundaries of the law of course). Perth was insignificant to him. It might happen again. Clearly he has an absolute disdain to his fans. Let's hope someone speaks up!
