I think that's the even bigger tragedy here. It seems to have further cemented his reputation as being unreasonable and difficult. The impact goes deeper than just not releasing one album.

It's s a safe bet that what Rodger is saying in public has been private industry knowledge all this time, which is why absolutely no one wants to waste their time working with someone like this. If he was offering U2-level sales figures maybe, but not for what he actually brings.

Anyone, ANYONE with is just slightly more into music than an average 17-year old knows it's a business standard not to credit an artist who is signed to another record company. It's been like this in the last, what 60 years??!! Like someone already mentioned here Eric Clapton on "While my guitar", Eddie Van Halen on "Beat it", the list is almost endless. It really doesn't matter what the featured artist thinks. I think Morrissey is responsible for all the content on Central and posts it himself.
It's hard to not notice that the 2 people he went hardest at here are women, he bullied them both. He lied about them both.
He is making up conspiracy theories that Capitol only wanted to sabotage his album and that is why they licenced it.
All of the other conspiracies he fed FiDo, that she licked up without even questioning, without even asking for evidence and continues to defend him, taking shots at Miley Cyrus.
Being an Alt Right racist is in line with this kind of behavior.
Also, it's completely credible that he suggested someone hurt Davidt or outright told them to.
He has said horribly racist and sexist things, as well as making despicable remarks about survivors of sexual abuse, and defending those who commit those acts.
He's a thug and an unrepentant liar who will hopefully get what he deserves one day, and it's nothing good.

When asked directly he wouldn't clarify who did & some of it has gone from his social media to Central or he's been @'d in to something that then ends up on Central.
