I agree - I can't see the failure to release the new studio album promptly as an issue at all. If Alain and Gustavo walked by choice, then I suspect it's more likely to do with financial issues surrounding the current touring situation. Maybe they feel they've been lowballed with the offer for the next tour, or the money is being unfairly siphoned off by management etc (is Jesse getting paid extra for being 'musical director'?). Or maybe they just didn't get paid correctly for the last tour?

To clarify, and I can only speak of AW’s IG account, richard Petty not only blocked people from his personal account before taking it private, but also blocked some (including Alain’s) from the official Morrissey IG. One more thing to add to the list of things M is in the dark about. The kind of issue of how things are run that is at least partly to blame for why fans will be deprived of the services of AW & GMjr. As others have noted, the behavior is shameful. It’s my understanding that both Al & Gus are both on good terms with M to this day. Perhaps left with a sense of bewilderment over certain choices, but good just the same. Again, not putting words in their mouths. Just sharing how I interpret the situation based on what I know.

It seemed an appropriate monicker, with emphasis on the surname, considering the unwarranted, but consistent actions. Possibly provides a hint of insight as to the types of things that led to good people leaving the band with the likelihood others will follow at some point.
Yes. Jesse has his hooks deeply in Morrissey. “I can be your one and only, Morrissey” As music Director (which is a joke) Jesse got rid of who he’s intimidated by and hired these two women. And there sits Moz, just sitting and watching. “ ok Duckie! Whatever makes you happy!” I don’t know where Morrissey wants to take his music, but this is not it.
All we need now is for Jesse and Donnie to kick Moz out of the band as well, and he'll be free to join up with Boz, Alain and Gustavo in a new project.
