Good but rough ideas, that need some "production". What about a little break with a Johnny Marr-like acoustic guitar after verse 2.

Light Housework gave you the kiss of life but the war of the inner penetrates to the outside.
They know about it
And they will find me.
Oh, but a truthteller will never be silent until all the little children sing:
You Can't gagg us, you can't wreck us.
Oha, Shalalalalalalaaaaa
:lbf: That Shalalalalalalaaaaa reminded me of this. Morrissey should cover it, it's Glam

Oh yeah, the rhymes are all in place. Bubblee Gum Glam at it's bedt. Still have a soft spot for "RnR love letter".
I belong to a punk group and they all love the Bay City Rollers, which surprised me. I like them too.

Les McKeown *RIP wears the right trousers.

Well, he does say 'til my genes explode' which I always heard 'til my jeans explode' which of course is dfferent, I think :lbf:

the rollers was one of the biggest rip offs in music history, they sold 120 million records worldwide and made very little, this was beacause of their manager tam paton who bought a big house in edinburgh which was full of rent boys, think les mc keown left 1.5 million when he died which isnt very much for the front man in one of the most successful groups ever.there was actually an episode planned for friends where they had a party and it would be based on the music of the rollers,

The Ramones had a song which was based on a Bay City Rollers song, can't remember which one.
it was hey ho,lets go.the inspiration came from the ramones seeing the rollers singing s.a.t.u.r.d.a.y night and they thought it was very catchy and they thought they needed a catchy opening song.
