If the programme was made today, it'd either feature Catweazle getting on the property ladder or being arrested for vagrancy. Or having a makeover.

If the programme was made today, the kid that becomes friends with Catweazle would be black. And non-binary. It would be all about diversity. And challenging hetero-normativity. And coming to terms with Britain's colonial past. And Catweazle's white privilege.

For those asking why this is of relevance/interest, there are a few tidbits that the die-hards/stalkers may like.

1. CCYoung & Co are well respected music industry accountants. He's not being represented by cowboys here: https://www.ccyoung.co.uk/team/ Not cheap either.

2. The new companies were set up in November last year and one is specifically for touring income. Despite being an LLP, only Mogsy is listed as a director and has over 75% of the shares. Previously his mum and Linder have been involved. Now it's just him.

3. The paperwork says he's a resident/spends the majority of his time in the UK. This was always the case. The 'I live in LA/Rome/Switzerland' stuff that was portrayed since the 90s was always for image. He owned property in Ireland and LA, the rest were extended hotel/friends houses stays. I and many others have always seen him in and around Bowden/Altrincham routinely.

4. It suggests that his future plans lie in significant touring.

That's about it.
nice insight into how these things work.

you forgot the wheelchair if it was being made by the bbc, just look at dr who.

you would avoid tax if it was 1974 where tax was set at an eyewatering 98% for anyone earning £20,000 or more, imagine that,no wonder all the big stars left to live abroad.
That rate was on income from investment, above £20,000 (over a quarter of a million in todays money). It wasn’t on earnings from work.

We're really scraping the barrel for news here. Sad times. Tour coming soon though, which will shake it up. If he plays the shows

What's a LLP? Limited Liability Partnership. Sheesh if this is Moz news we've reached a new low. Actually I take that back. This is more relevant than Moz posting Moz clogged-tube fan videos every bloody day.
To be fair, it does signal a UK tour. Not that I’ll ever attend.

for those wondering what this document actually is, it is showing that he has structured his business as an LLP (limited liablity partnership). all that a limited liability partnership really does is limit the liability of the partners to the assets of this partnership. that way, if there are any lawsuits for any reason, the initiators of the lawsuit cannot extend the losses to the partners as individuals. essentially, each partner is limited to the amount of their investment in the LLP.
so, if there is a touring mishap and moz is sued, the instigators could only get as much as is owned by this LLP and moz wouldn't lose any of his personal assets (house, cars, etc). it also means that he cannot be held liable for the actions of the other partners in the partnership (whoever they are),

there is not a real tax benefit to structure it this way since the partners still are individually responsible for taxation on their share of the partnership's income.
