I/we are Freedom Fighters. We believe in Free Speech. We have concerns with regard to Libel Tourism here in the United Kingdom. As this site's servers are based in California, it seems appropriate to reference legal developments in the United States as follows:

In general, we feel that the American Constitution is a better model for online freedom than the neo-fuedal landscape of English Tort Law.

The user 'Skylarker' list themselves as 'AWOL' currently. Our suggestion is that the would be prudent to make this a permanent decision and return to these forums under a new screen-name when they have studied the extent and limits of free speech which it is sensible for this site to defend. Our concern is that they may find themselves subject to severe financial penalties and even possible imprisonment from action by other American citizens if they continue with this reckless 'style' of 'communication'. There is no indication of any attempt at irony, however feeble, in the accusation of racism againt me/us. This appears to be a completely kame-kazi mission to end their credibility forever.

We are very 'thick-skinned'. However, given that this site spends a great deal of time investigating and considering the validity of complaints of 'racism' against Morrissey and his rejection of such complaints: we feel it is appropriate to make a formal complaint regarding various posts by 'Skylarker' and 'Mozza220559' in this thread.

The contentious posts are #'s 284. 286. 287. 288. 289.292.293.

We acknowledge that this area of your site called 'The Pigsty' is reserved for all manner of 'adult-themed' entertainment, and we are entirely supportive of that framwork within the over-riding carapace of your site T.O.S. We do not wish to censore legitmate expression in a sometimes 'febrile' online environment, rather we wish to explain that not all visitors to this area my be quite so thick-skinned as we are, despite the warnings of The Sticky which is at it's entrance.

In particular, we are concerned that the notoriously litigious entertainer, known as 'Morrissey' appears to keep this site under legal observation/monitoring and has expressed a deep antipathy to it's users by wearing a t-shirt onstage with the slogan 'Fc-uk Morrissey Solo.com'. His supporting artist, Ms Kristeen Young has, ironically, suggested that the '3 Mental Patients' who are it's main denizens should be 'put to death'. We wholeheartedly agree with this, metaphorical, sentence of execution, and believe we have figuratively carried it out through our recent presence here. Quite simply, these people have reduced themselves to complete ridicule such that it would be impossible for any moderately aware person to take them even remotely seriously. It surprises us that anyone ever did!

However, as site moderators and as proprietor, your position is more complex. I / we do not wish to support censorship for no reason, but obviously I/we cannot let such an amateur online sociopath post such (self) incriminating nonsense without an effective retort.

We would like to confirm to Morrissey and/or his legal representatives that we are NOT 'ShaunTheBrummie'. We are NOT racist in any way, shape or form and have never posted overtly racist comments to the best of our knowledge and belief, and have not attempted to link Morrissey's visit to Isreal with any racist ideological position. The ravings of 'ShaunTheBrummie' seem incomprehensible on first, and last, speed-read.

We do NOT believe Morrissey is a racist, rather that he is a heartfelt, though sometimes inexpert communicator with regard to complex themes of immigration, heritage and national identity. However, whilst we understand his concerns, we do not understand why he has not simply published the transcript of the infamous NME tape, or even better, why it has not 'mysteriously' appeared on Soundcloud.

We are troubled and concerned by Morrissey's use of The English Law of Tort, which we regard as the last resort of The Royale Cosa Nostra Familigia, The House of Frauds, and the aristocratic and corporate tax-ex-pat elites. It is certainly challenging to reconcile Morrissey's status as an 'outsider artist' with some of his more questionable legal actions.

In attempting to smear 'BrummieBoy' as the overtly and 'unironically' racist 'ShaunTheBrummie': we feel that 'Skylarker' has clumsily crossed the line from valid free speech opinion to inept hate speech. However, we do NOT take this fool seriously and we do not advise anyone else to take him seriously, or to take seriously ANYTHING that emerges from this site, as to do so merely gives it's denizens an illusion of power. We hope that Morrissey will also revise his views on the 'power' and 'influence' of this site. His attention to it only gave it a final last hurrah!

We regard the recent 'online' freedom forums as essential to the development of human culture and do not support any attempt to unnecessarily reign in the 'wild-west' of this new cultural continent. But there have to be some sensible limits, hopefully through voluntary self-restraint or collective mutual community education within forums.

To conclude. We have no connection whatsoever to the poster called 'ShaunTheBrummie' which your user 'Skylarker' specifically and directly links us to at the website called 'Huffington Post'. We will not validate the link by repeating it.
We do not intend to inter-act further with any of 'The 3 Mental Patients' or any of their supporters. Our work here is nearly done.....etc. Other than a few brief, concluding thoughts. We will not be responding to any further comments on this or any remaining comments we make. This site has provided a great deal of challenging and entertaining content over the years of Web 2.0. Again, these posts -as disgusting, hateful, and woefully racist as they were- were publicly viewable. I merely provided links here.

It is not libelous to call a username -which is what "BrummieBoy" is- a racist. It is not "defamation," you moronic git.

And there is no consequence, financial or criminal, for anything I have done.

Your name has never been used...your real name, that is...although I know what it is. I've merely presented some interesting little factoids and let people decide for themselves who is who and what is what. I've never accused you -as in the actual sad sack of shit who types the "BrummieBoy" posts from his mum's computer- of anything. I've simply shown people the parallels between one online handle and another, using -again- publicly viewable web posts, and I've left it at that.

Yes, I'm sure that BrummieBoy is totally unrelated to the individual registered on Huffington Post as Shaun the Brummie, who has the exact same writing style as Brummie Boy, made copious entries on a Huff Post thread extolling absolute no-holds-barred racism and weighed in on a separate Huff story regarding Morrissey.

And I'm sure it's not worth noting Brummie Boy's near-total shutdown here after I posted those links; that must have just been totally co-incidental and not indicative of an "oh f***" moment of pants-pissing.

And I'm sure that someone whose actual name was never even mentioned here isn't trying WAY too hard to hide anything by threatening me with legal action, citing libel and defamation...and I'm sure that I just completely imagined the fact that after I posted the links, he signed one of his impotent "I'm gonna get you" posts "Shaunthebrummie" before thinking better of it and editing it out, yeah...

Nah, see that's where you're wrong. I've not submitted anything as "evidence." I've submitted actual posts and my reasons for thinking the way I do, that's all. And it seems like most people here agree with my conclusions.

Googling the words "brummie" and "Morrissey" and pouring over the results is hardly detective work; bad or otherwise. I stand by my conclusion but I do not consider the "research" I did as particularly amazing. People like him are never hard to fathom or trip up. Ever.

And anyone who claims to have everything figured out is an ass. Many many times you have claimed that I act like I have everything figured out...I have never made that claim and I don't think I do, at all. Your repeated insistence that I believe I have all the answers is indicative of a fear on your part that maybe I am smarter than you want to acknowledge.

We acknowledge that this area of your site called 'The Pigsty' is reserved for all manner of 'adult-themed' entertainment, and we are entirely supportive of that framwork within the over-riding carapace of your site T.O.S. We do not wish to censore legitmate expression in a sometimes 'febrile' online environment, rather we wish to explain that not all visitors to this area my be quite so thick-skinned as we are, despite the warnings of The Sticky which is at it's entrance.

In particular, we are concerned that the notoriously litigious entertainer, known as 'Morrissey' appears to keep this site under legal observation/monitoring and has expressed a deep antipathy to it's users by wearing a t-shirt onstage with the slogan 'Fc-uk Morrissey Solo.com'. His supporting artist, Ms Kristeen Young has, ironically, suggested that the '3 Mental Patients' who are it's main denizens should be 'put to death'. We wholeheartedly agree with this, metaphorical, sentence of execution, and believe we have figuratively carried it out through our recent presence here. Quite simply, these people have reduced themselves to complete ridicule such that it would be impossible for any moderately aware person to take them even remotely seriously. It surprises us that anyone ever did!

However, as site moderators and as proprietor, your position is more complex. I / we do not wish to support censorship for no reason, but obviously I/we cannot let such an amateur online sociopath post such (self) incriminating nonsense without an effective retort.

We would like to confirm to Morrissey and/or his legal representatives that we are NOT 'ShaunTheBrummie'. We are NOT racist in any way, shape or form and have never posted overtly racist comments to the best of our knowledge and belief, and have not attempted to link Morrissey's visit to Isreal with any racist ideological position. The ravings of 'ShaunTheBrummie' seem incomprehensible on first, and last, speed-read.

We do NOT believe Morrissey is a racist, rather that he is a heartfelt, though sometimes inexpert communicator with regard to complex themes of immigration, heritage and national identity. However, whilst we understand his concerns, we do not understand why he has not simply published the transcript of the infamous NME tape, or even better, why it has not 'mysteriously' appeared on Soundcloud.

We are troubled and concerned by Morrissey's use of The English Law of Tort, which we regard as the last resort of The Royale Cosa Nostra Familigia, The House of Frauds, and the aristocratic and corporate tax-ex-pat elites. It is certainly challenging to reconcile Morrissey's status as an 'outsider artist' with some of his more questionable legal actions.

In attempting to smear 'BrummieBoy' as the overtly and 'unironically' racist 'ShaunTheBrummie': we feel that 'Skylarker' has clumsily crossed the line from valid free speech opinion to inept hate speech. However, we do NOT take this fool seriously and we do not advise anyone else to take him seriously, or to take seriously ANYTHING that emerges from this site, as to do so merely gives it's denizens an illusion of power. We hope that Morrissey will also revise his views on the 'power' and 'influence' of this site. His attention to it only gave it a final last hurrah!

We regard the recent 'online' freedom forums as essential to the development of human culture and do not support any attempt to unnecessarily reign in the 'wild-west' of this new cultural continent. But there have to be some sensible limits, hopefully through voluntary self-restraint or collective mutual community education within forums.

To conclude. We have no connection whatsoever to the poster called 'ShaunTheBrummie' which your user 'Skylarker' specifically and directly links us to at the website called 'Huffington Post'. We will not validate the link by repeating it.
We do not intend to inter-act further with any of 'The 3 Mental Patients' or any of their supporters. Our work here is nearly done.....etc. Other than a few brief, concluding thoughts. This site has provided a great deal of challenging and entertaining content over the years of Web 2.0. These issues of online freedom and the issues surrounding the interface between 'online' and 'real-life' identities are bafflingly complex as we stand on the bridge/interface between Web 2.0 and Web 3.0. There are rather more important issues to online freedom than posting car-crashes and gonzo porn. And there are certainly more important things in life than having to waste an hour or so responding to an inept sociopathic social narcissist's attempt to label us as 'racist'. We are not racist. Nah, see that's where you're wrong. I've not submitted anything as "evidence." I've submitted actual posts and my reasons for thinking the way I do, that's all. And it seems like most people here agree with my conclusions.

Googling the words "brummie" and "Morrissey" and pouring over the results is hardly detective work; bad or otherwise. I stand by my conclusion but I do not consider the "research" I did as particularly amazing. People like him are never hard to fathom or trip up. Ever.

And anyone who claims to have everything figured out is an ass. Many many times you have claimed that I act like I have everything figured out...I have never made that claim and I don't think I do, at all. Your repeated insistence that I believe I have all the answers is indicative of a fear on your part that maybe I am smarter than you want to acknowledge.

I don't need accolades, and I'm not always right. But that hardly equates to me being always wrong, as you seem to imply I am.

You're so starved for accolades that you read between the lines that I am acknowledging your superior intellect. If nobody else is going to tell you how smart you are, you'll tell yourself.
