It was the 'sources', bhops, don't forget the 'sources'.
Your women's study literature degree is not going to help you with those tariffs. You are never going to move out of your parent's basement now! Or did you say you live in a totally different country? You are not important enough to me to remember.

You unwashed idiot buffoons do realize that the album title "Viva Hate" was a dig at the far right hate movement and was not supposed to be taken literally! OMG this is the dumbest group of people on the internet anywhere. I laugh at your ignorance and your combined 8 teeth in your collective mouths!

oh no, looks like poor ol’ Johnnie has blown a gasket.

but I think it would be more difficult to set up some facilities there now than before. Or at least make people that eat animals, especially teenagers, make them question their diets. Really there is NO benefit in being negative about this. And no, Butcher is never ‘informative’. Got to be an idiot if anyone thinks a Central post about this is going to help sales for tonights show or any form of self promotion, also it would have been posted on Central regardless of his touring, etc. you know that. Let’s not encourage trolls like BtB.

I think there is a benefit in being negative about this—it's the same as Morrissey being negative about Band Aid. Shining a light on performative do-gooders helps delineate between who's actually doing something and who's making an empty show of it. Morrissey seems to like bible quotes these days; maybe he should consider the gospel of Matthew: "do not be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on street corners so that others may see them." I don't mean to be too harsh; these look like nice people (is that a keffiyeh on the young lady in the lower right? Peace be upon her), but as our president would sigh: "come on, man."

I might be mis-reading Benny, but when he called this a "lazy promotional gimmick," I don't think he meant it was Morrissey trying to drum up interest in his tour. I think he meant Morrissey was doing his usual promotion of animal rights (a good thing), but this particular instance seems lazy and gimmicky. It has the quality of a boomer seeing something shiny on Facebook and impulsively sharing it. "Sanity arrives," declares 2024 Morrissey, but I think 1985 Morrissey would've been skeptical (and maybe said something witty about urban hippies with man-buns). Not that he has to stay stuck exactly as he was in 1985 forever, but some traits, like being acerbic and hyper-critical, are worth preserving.

Nice sentiment, but I live in the Bay Area and it's yet another meaningless virtue signal from Berkeley. There ain't a factory farm within twenty miles of that town.

They do this sort of thing all the time. Support better practices by buying better products. Vote with your wallets at the grocer. Money talks.

So there wasn't voter fraud this time? If there was ever voter fraud it would have been this time, you low information, fake fan, mouth breather.
Ahhh so now there was voter fraud, that’s the reason all your predictions were so horribly wrong, not that you were getting all your information from terrible fake news sources.

Gotcha :lbf:

I can't help but feel a little bit sorry for Johnnie. Just imagine how deluded you need to be to think that Kamala Harris was a good candidate for president and, even more deluded, that she was definitely going to win. That level of delusion is beyond even the likes of Karen. Maybe we need to have a gofundme for him to get him some much needed therapy?

Why be a cynic when every little step in the right direction is valuable. No matter now small.

Getting people to think they are doing something when they are actually doing nothing (as is the case here) often encourages complacency. The cynic is a check on the optimist.
