dont get too excited, they have stumbled their way through each game,they have been in the easier side of the draw avoiding germany,spain,france and portugal.if they win it i will turn my tv off for a year,it will be over the top jingoism.

Oh, I know, I know. That said, they do have something. There’s a fervor there somewhere, a will to win and an ability to actually play some decent football. It’s just that they don’t allow it to blossom that much.

totally agree in that you can play bad and still win,greece were crap in 2004 but had a gameplan to stifle teams and won the tournament.
