The irony of a shite, wash-up troll bragging about being “number-two” is not lost on me.

Yer, 3 years exactly to the day.
Odd. Weird.
Illuminati Mafia?! I do wonder.
Likewise, it reminds me of the death of Brittany Murphy and her husband.
A whole lot of crazy going on behind the scenes there.

It wouldn’t even matter if Steve got the number one slot anyway !!!
The charts sadly don’t mean anything these days.
I know things move on but I really do miss listening and tape recording the top 40 on a Sunday night.
Had his chance and blew it by being such a deva t@@t. The story of his life.
His autograph is absolutely worthless now. (And so it should be)
He’s turned out to be a total FRAUD, and if you don’t believe me just look at the crass shite he’s unashamedly peddling on his emporium webshite.
So successful he now finds himself yet again without a record label.
What a legend he is :clap::clap:

I was never a fan of George's music but holy smokes that man was generous and charitable.

For all his personal troubles, he was a Very kind and decent guy.
They took Last Xmas to the next level and people never realised it is a suicide song.

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special (God or the after life as in commiting suicide)
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
Once bitten and twice shy
I keep my distance
But you still catch my eye
Tell me, baby
Do you recognize me? (whp does after you chewed on the shotgun Kurt Cobain style?)
Well, it's been a year (full of depression)
It doesn't surprise me (that people let you down and suicide is the only way out)
(Merry Christmas!) I wrapped it up and sent it (with the farewell letter)
With a note saying, "I love you, " I meant it (See!!!!!!)
Now, I know what a fool I've been
But if you kissed me now
I know you'd fool me again (determined to take his life)
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
A crowded room, friends with tired eyes (at the morgue)
I'm hiding from you, and your soul of ice (his soul is gone now)
My god, I thought you were someone to rely on (God allows suicide)
Me? I guess I was a shoulder to cry on (the one who they turned to but never listened to)
A face on a lover with a fire in his heart (shot himself in the heart)
A man under cover but you tore me apart (a dead man under a police blanket)
Now, I've found a real love you'll never fool me again (Jesus?)
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day you gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
A face on a lover with a fire in his heart
A man under cover but you tore him apart
Maybe next year I'll give it to someone
I'll give it to someone special

Moz second to the most famous and longest suicide farewell letter in history.

Poor Steve
His only chance of a number one is to stop breathing.
What a failure and CrankFraud he’s turned out to be.
Credit to him though for pulling the wool over our eyes for so many years.

BREAKING NEWS ! ! !
50% off Tosserrey Black Bin Bags on the Emporium webshite

Hang the CrankFraud! Hang the CrankFraud! Hang the CrankFraud!

Someone at Central is paying attention here:

‘IT’S OVER’ OFFICIAL UK VINYL CHART
December 27, 2019

View attachment 53874

Morrissey's 'It's over' single has entered the Official UK Vinyl Chart at number 2.
It has been kept off the number 1 spot by a Christmas single by WHAM!

Yes, a massive well done on selling a thousand records, he is truly a worldwide megastar nowadays.

It's funny how whoever is updating Central takes no notice of the discrepancy between the messages moaning the lack of the single in the shops and celebrating this massive chart success. A true Christmas miracle this!

On a more appreciative note: I went for a long run and listened to both Viva Hate and Bona Drag during it. I was floored how good, fresh and warm they sounded. Only the last four songs on Viva Hate let the otherwise brilliant album slightly down -- if they were replaced with Will Never Marry, Disappointed and Hairdresser On Fire this would easily be the best album ever with Moz in it.

Very rough maths based on 69 major UK cities and about (probably less by now) 120 HMVs (only some of which sold it early and only some carrying it) added to about 15 copies seen in the biggest of stores and some guesstimation = about 1500 copies sold max with lots of benefit of the doubt.

Had Indies & Amazon been selling before next year, it may have helped him get that 'number 1' he appears to seek.
It would be great to know who actually has the say over some of these decisions - HMV may actually be at fault....
Who knows!?

Yep, similar.
I played Bona Drag whilst hoovering this morning...the 2010 remastered version. Superb.
