That's a problem for Morrissey to fix. When I was doing social media for a band and they got a new manager, we all were introduced to the new manager who was told what each person does and had discussions about what would be on social media and who would be responsible for what. We were already very active, posting tour dates etc. and the meetings were just to go over roles, make sure they were defined and make any changes we needed to make. An itinterary was sent out to those who needed it - with venue, date, time, when the event could be posted, etc.
