Right, they are all "the wrong-doers". It's funny (some even say it's absurd) how the fairytales of some tribes in the desert thousands of years ago now have global influence. Maybe they should let go of these old believes and move forward. For example Scandinavia is very secular and very peaceful compared to the Middle East. So maybe they could learn something and let go of these very old and boring conflicts to do with God, Jesus, Muhammed, Moses and so on. But of course that is never going to happen when they are brainwashed into these religions from birth, starting with circumcission and baptism.

My point exactly: it is never going to happen that Christians, Jews, and Muslims are going to drop their religions and live together in harmony. Israel will persist in its thuggery and oppression, and the Palestinians will persist in their futile resistance.
Something about Scandinavia, and it might be nothing, but in terms of Europe they were the last to be Judaized (by virtue of being Christianized).

Should we Boycott Morrissey for his song Israel. Palestine has suffered years of abuse from Israel, constant land theft, brutal treatment, violence, murder, apartheid, economic blockades and sanctions and now this latest genocide. Israel is supported by sophisticated American weapons, the Palestinians on the other hand have to use what ever measures they can to resist and defend themselves. We are witnessing awful and heartbreaking daily atrocities. The overwhelming Israeli population supports the Government's action. The song appears to support the Israeli people, who in the overwhelming majority have always supported this dreadful treatment of Palestinians as they continue their Zionist project to take land and ethnically cleanse Palestine.

Feel free to boycott me. I don't support the genocide of Jews or the persecution of people due to their sexuality. Equally I don't support the persecution of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza. I am apposed to the Israeli government's approach of ethnically cleansing Palestinian. I stand for equal rights and International law.

Well I suppose if the Palestinians weren't intent on killing jews it would be a lot easier to come up with a solution. But since, unlike hamas, the Israeli state does care about its citizens, living side by side with people who want to kill them is no longer possible after oct 7th. So if Egypt would just open its doors to the Palestinians, that seems a good solution for both the Israelis and the Palestinians. But as 'zoom zoom the little boy' says, that will never happen. My question is why not? The Palestinians don't want to kill the Egyptians too, do they?
What about that idea is fascism? What do you propose as a reasonable solution to the problem?
Great rendition. So good. I think he must be singing this song to people like the driving school owner/instructor who’s class I shelled out a few hundred bucks in Montreal in the 1980’s to take, as at the time it was obligatory to take lessons before getting a driving test for licensing. I already knew how to drive pretty well by the time I enrolled, but enjoyed taking his classes and then him asking me to drive one of his two school cars to the testing centre when the class was scheduled to be put to the official test. He drove the other car, and I played with him a bit, almost scared him maybe. I’m sure he thought it was funny. I toned it right down when I saw he was on the verge of getting nervous. I knew he was Jewish, though I don’t know how I knew, but I liked him. His presence was fun to be in. Morrissey must have met someone or maybe more who he lumps together as ‘Israel’, in this song. But what do I know? I do know that the video you posted, this rendition of the song called Israel, was sung not to selfish, sadistic tyrants that he knows, but to loving people whose presence he’s come to not only love, but to like. For these people he sings this song. I know our Morrissey.
