I thought this was fantastic! I would have chose a different song on this rare opportunity to showcase the new (ish) music, but the interview was very enjoyable. I wouldn't say she has any hard-hitting questions, and clearly things are pre-discussed, but I liked it better than I completely controlled interviews. I think his answers about Bonfire were encouraging and like Ryan mentioned funny they never asked about Without Music. I wonder if he wanted to focus on Bonfire to build anticipation. I hope I hope.

Rosanna was very generous with her spirit towards M and maybe a bit taken with his charm (and vise versa) 😉

I'm so excited about these New York shows. I'm going Sunday and Tuesday. Save a song surprise for me Mozzy 😊

He seems to be inferring he will be buying the album back from Capitol, and has accepted that Miley isn't going to be on it, which is a positive. I mean - this still leaves him looking for another label to release it, which will be another nightmare, but he's moved on from his conspiracy theory stuff at least.

Does appearing on a chat show to promote unsold gig tickets mean he has normal management and is accepting that he has to do the necessary..?
I'm guessing the low ticket sales have forced him to finally do some standard promotion, get out there and sell himself. It seemed to go well, so I hope he will now drop his 'I don't speak to the press' shtick, as it did him no favours whatsoever.

Okay so lets imagine together. If Morrissey does indeed wants to buy the album back, and they are negotiating to do so, how long is it gonna take? This album was done so long ago, will morrissey then release it himself? If so, he obviously doesnt want give it another Months of wait.

I think Morrissey will get the hour back. It's a matter of time and money he's not gonna let it go!! I think he's gonna release bonfire first, then without music.

I also like what Morrissey said about New York in the beginning of the interview. I really feel the same way. There's a certain feeling as a cross the bridge. Even though these days I take the train more often. Despite living about an hour outside of the city, my whole life and going in once about once a month, give or take, it's still a special feeling.

Seriously, who watches this every day. In 20 minutes I have already heard the two most inane discussions of the year.
As an American I can tell you that television here is so dumbed down that I put my set in the closet five years ago and I've never looked back.

And Netflix and Hulu and all that is just as bad as network television. It's all targeted to those with extremely low intellects, a state of mind which, unfortunately, is an epidemic here - the real pandemic.

I have lived in New York City for way too long. I used to adore it here, once upon a time, a long time ago that is now far, far away. Now I only dream of escaping the place. It's become a filthy slum filled with people that would have been institutionalized or jailed decades ago. And those are the decent people.

Each time I flick on the stream, the weather is on. Does the weather change second by second in NY?
No one can handle more than five or ten minutes of these hideous showsvcc without vomiting and people mostly turn on the show solely to check the weather before they leave the house, therefore they announce it frequently.
