Alain Whyte Facebook post of band lineup

Alain Whyte posted this on his FB page today. People are asking if he may be part of the lineup this year (touring or recording).

Perhaps this was a reference to his upcoming appearances in Slim Jim Phantom's band and not anything M related?

There was that post he made last year where it seemed at first glance that he might be hinting that he will be part of the band again, and it turned out he wasn't meaning to hint at any such thing. So who knows really - hopefully Darrin can appear to save us once again.

Seriously, that post was all to do about nothing. Sorry if he got anyone's hopes up. Although he's got an open line with M, there have been zero discussions about him returning. Ironically, Al was looking out for M's best interests and things could possibly have been different had someone heeded his concerns and addressed them directly at the time. It is what it is... M seems content (dare I say, "happy") and a big part of the problem in the camp has seemingly been resolved, albeit a bit late. Water under the bridge.

And yes, Al was asked to play/sing a bit with Slim Jim from The Stray Cats at the end of March. Should be crazy fun show (I've seen the list of tunes for the set... toes will be tapped)! Will be sharing more on his socials soon.
