Reminder: interview to air today, Apr. 20 at 7:15PM BBC Radio 4. Post your reports in the comments section below.

According to the Radio listings in next week's Radio Times (16-22 April 2011) it says :
'John Wilson interviews iconic singer/songwriter and former Smiths frontman Morrissey'.

This is due to be broadcast @ 7.15pm-BBC Radio 4-Wednesday 20/04/2011.
Cannot see anything on the FrontRow website yet. Hopefully this is the first of a few media appearances. Thought the Front Row interview of 2009 was excellent.

In todays 'Guardian' there is a short interview with 'Sir' Bob Geldof. He is asked what he thinks of people who criticise Band Aid, specifically Morrissey who declared it "undiscussable". He replies "What Morrissey has to say about anything is redundant. He's a bit like me - he says things for effect."

The Final Act: New Young Pony Club's Tour Diary With Katy Perry - The Quietus

Excerpt:

Bradford is a music lover it seems and we talk about that. "I've been trying to get Katy into the Smiths forever. And she never liked it. Then she calls me from Hawaii and her husband's played her some, and she's all – 'Oh My God, this stuff is great.'" One gets the sense that Bradford gives Katy quite a lot of things to listen to he enjoys. They seem to have a fraternal or paternal sort of vibe.
