You underestimate the seriousness of dengue fever. They'd have cancelled the whole tour until next year. Yet there he was, in America. Most of you praised his voice and good health and appearance. All of a sudden dengue was forgotten. He knew it.

I wish Camila a speedy recovery and I understand that it may be difficult for her to do all this long-distance traveling in her current state.
That being said, they could adjust the setlist a little by eliminating keyboard-heavy songs, and then just do a couple of shows without her.

So LiveNation is saying the shows are canceled for reasons "beyond our control." What does that mean? I guess Morrissey canceling the shows would be beyond their control. The continued policy of canceling shows with no real reason given is so insulting to his fans. I wouldn't count on Indonesia and Japan.

He's a millionaire artist who doesn't have to work for a living. Noel Gallagher alleges that he used a previous cancellation to go out on the town with him and Russell Brand. So who knows? Although I don't think he'll be going anywhere with Russell these days.

I don’t think it’s so easy. Something went wrong at the start, he cancelled. The NY city shows he seemed to be in good spirits. A couple weeks go by, he cancels again, something must be wrong. I don’t care how rich you are, that can’t make you feel well. That’s not to say that he can’t bounce back, which is what seems to happen.

Although I don't think he'll be going anywhere with Russell these days.

None of you realised they played a backing track live so here's another one for you to know: he hates performing, he hates touring and he hates most of his fans. He hates the casual ones and all of you who care about every single detail of his career. And he knows being hated back has its rewards too

In specific areas of the country, according to the government's weekly tracking of cases. No cases recorded in Mexico City in 2023 until the day he was there and only 1 case in the state of Mexico, where Mexico City is, back in July.

We really don't know if it's all down to Camila. As @Mayfly already wrote, there is no flexibility with Morrissey. A different set, an old keyboard player who knows the songs: not his thing.
What does he expect now? How should it go on? Maybe the record will be released in a roundabout way and sell 2.500 units worldwide? Who's to blame then? Us, who are not exactly uncritically and sometimes sarcastically commenting on his late career?
For me, he's no longer the artist he was in the 80s, 90s and 00s. His new material has not the old Grandezza.

beyond their control = Morrissey wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and decides that east Asia or South America are not worth the trip. I believe he remembers Australia and New Zealand lie even further away...
