Official Video/DVD releases unavailable digitally

I would love to have Live in Dallas in MP4 since it was never released in DVD in the US and the European DVDs are in the PAL format.

Have a check on your own system, but I'm getting audio sync issues (using VLC).
More towards the end of videos the music/image don't sync.

With "Who Put the M in Manchester?"
Same problem with the synchronization sound and image from ”Shoplifters of the world'” to the end ...
However the sound quality and picture is very good, better than the version I downloaded on Youtube.
