Is there any MP3 or flac copies of The Smiths albums and M albums, including B-sides and rarities. I couldn't find anything. I have them all on vinyl but would like to play them on a device. I can only find bootlegs and rarer stuff. I don't even know if there is a reason they are not downloadable here so forgive me if it is not allowed!

I would be most appreciative if anyone has links or can upload them.

Any chance of doing this again for me? My CPU crashed a month ago and I had to wipe my hard drive and stupidly didn't realise all of my Morrissey stuff was not on an external drive. I have all the CDs too but my disc drive isn't working and I can't rip anything. I lost all the Oh Phoney/Striptease stuff too. No worries if you can't but thought I'd ask anyway.

The collection you quote above is still there and has working links.
The other large rarities collections like NHS, Sisterama, Recollections... are working and located in the downloads pinned post - which covers the vast majority of unreleased music.
