Mike Joyce was there!

Andy was a British TV and radio presenter. A big Smiths fan.He sadly died on 16.4.2026 aged 66.

There are some youtube videos of him introducing the Smiths on the BBC music program The Old Grey Whistle Test.
He was very sad when it was announced that The Smiths had broken up in 1987 and stated on his radio show that himself and other radio presenters will keep on playing The Smiths for years to come. RIP Andy.
