English photographer, music video director and visual artist (born on March 13, 1959 in York) currently based in the USA. He started his career in the 1980s as a music photographer in the UK. He moved to Los Angeles in 1992 and directed music videos. In the 1990s, he moved away from photography to follow a new found interest in painting, he relocated to New York in 2000. Young’s artistic output includes painting, screen printing, sculpture, installations and film.
