English singer born 1959. Best known as Lead Singer in the Female Ska Band The Bodysnatchers during the rising Ska Revival at 1979/1980, which was signed at 2 Tone Records and released there only two singles. They disbanded 1981 and Rhoda contribute on two songs on The Specials second album "More Specials". Later she is a member of the from Jerry Dammers reformed The Special AKA at 1982.
