New feature: Morrissey-solo Calendar

To better keep track of events going on in the world of Morrissey, I've added the Morrissey-solo Calendar to the site. Continue to e-mail events to me and I will mention them on the main page and add them to the calendar.

Currently it's set up so you can add events directly yourself (I won't mention it on the main page if you use this option). Feel free to add any dates of interest / history to the calendar.
