Thanks to Geoff Hook and also Claude for the
info from the latest poll. From Geoff:
Just a note to
record that The Smiths are accorded some of the reverence
they deserve by being placed at No.25 (This Charming Man)
and No.37 (How Soon Is Now?) in the Q mag's readers'
poll February 1999 (published Jan 1st 1999)
No.1 = Smells Like Teen Spirit
No.2 = Penny Lane / Strawberry Fields
That's us Brits for you !
