"Operations" is a small, handmade fanzine which pays tribute to the drummer behind Morrissey's songs, Spencer Cobrin. The first issue is most likely sold out, but contributions are being taken for a possible second issue ("stories, quotes, photos, jokes, trivia, technical drum anorak info, anything at all will be welcomed".)
