I spoke to Boz on July 29 2000, at the Polecats show, and he told me that "he had not seen Morrissey in awhile". I also asked when he, Morrissey, and the other band members where going to get together and he said "that they are doing something in October of this year." He was excellent. We smoked a cigarette and had a nice chat. I also have some photos I took with him and of him on my page.

The September 2000 issue of FHM: For Him Magazine (North American edition) contains an interesting mention of our Mozzer in an article entitled "The 2000 FHM Sex Survey."

The article details the results of a female-oriented questionnaire, and features a side bar titled "Describe in as much detail as possible your favorite sexual fantasy." The last entry reads "Being double-teamed by Michael Stipe and Morrissey."

The chances of this happening to any lucky girl are probably a lot lower than they were during the "Kill Uncle" period, but it's an interesting mention nonetheless.

Excerpt from Thirsty.com:
Club Make-Up to throw Smiths dedication night

On Saturday, September 2, Los Angeles’s most infamous hot spot Club Make-Up will throw a special party dedicated entirely to the music of The Smiths. Of course, in the expected cheeky fashion of Make-Up promoters, a "Make-up Smiths Dedication Night" includes not only music from Morrissey’s group of gloomy boys, but the music of Patti Smith, Robert Smith, and Aerosmith as well...

Random mix, non? The story also hints that Morrissey and Johnny Marr might show up, but I think we all know how likely *that* is. (Cha!)
