I work at a record label and was just looking at the June 30th issue of "R&R" (a radio trade magazine) and came across an ad for Snake River Conspiracy. It is for "How Soon Is Now?" which is "the new single from the debut album Sonic Jihad"

New listing of Morrissey material. I don't have any other info, except that it is certainly an import, and probably "official" EMI material.

From SirenCD.com in the "future releases" section:
Morrissey "New Item" Box Set, 3CD $36.99
Includes)the albums "Bonadrag", "Kill Uncle" & "Vauxhall & I". Release Date: 4-Sep-00

On Wednesday night's TV-program Skapet (The Cupboard) on the Swedish Channel 1 there was an interview with the pop musician Staffan Hellstrand. He was asked the question about important things in his life and mentioned quotes as very important, followed by: "There is a man called Morrissey who used to be in the group The Smiths. He has so many quotes that I find fantastic. You could say that he is somewhat the Oscar Wilde of pop music".

Unfortunately Mr. Hellstrand didnĀ“t read any of them...

Don't know if anyone knows about this but I just found out there is going to be a video showing of Morrissey live at Beacon Theatre at the movie theatre at 332 East 11th in NYC. I wasn't even aware that a video was made of this concert so I'm not sure what it's all about. It's showing at midnight (Fri, July 21) and the site is Cinema Classics.
